Manual Degasser (5-Station Type)

1. Mandrel tube specifications: φ6 mm to φ10 mm; replace with the corresponding sealing ring for each size. The equipment is supplied with one set of standard specifications (customizable upon customer request). 2. Mandrel tube length: 80 mm to 900 mm. 3. Workstations: Five work stations, with separate fine‑draw and coarse‑draw operations. 4. Production rate (PPH): Approximately 450–500 tubes per hour, depending on tube type. 5. Key features: Quick tube loading/unloading and flat‑blade sealing. 6. Tube handling method: Straight insertion and direct retrieval. 7. Vacuum gauges: Six Edwards APG100‑XLC vacuum gauges. 8. Vacuum valves: Ten pneumatic shaft valves, KF25 type; plus Y‑type valves HTC AVB‑KF25. 9. Vacuum pumps: Fine‑draw pump—Edwards E2M80 + EH 500; coarse‑draw pump—Edwards E2M18 (provided by the customer). 10. Personnel requirements: One operator per machine. 11. Power supply: 380 V, power consumption approximately 8 kW. 12. Compressed air supply: 5–6 kg/cm². 13. Equipment dimensions: Length 2,700 mm, width 900 mm, height 2,100 mm (including the vacuum pump and hydraulic station frame). 14. Frame construction: Welded square‑tube frame; surface finish can be customized according to customer preferences, typically electrostatic gray paint. 15. Equipment weight: Approximately 1,000 kg.
