Automatic binary division machine

1. Mandrel specifications: Ø5 mm to Ø10 mm (different specifications require replacement of the corresponding heating block). 2. Mandrel length: 120 mm to 400 mm. 3. Orientation recognition: CCD imaging system for identifying laser‑etched lines on thin‑walled mandrels (etching located at the junction between the mandrel body and the tapered head); misidentification rate: 0.1%. 4. Workstation configuration: Single‑station operation. 5. Production throughput (PPH): Approximately 450–600 pieces per hour, varying with mandrel type. 6. Sealing characteristics: Hydraulic sealing, U‑shaped design (different mandrel sizes require replacement of the corresponding cutting blade); scrap material can be collected centrally. 7. Tilted operation: Fixed operating angle of 15°; no adjustment possible. 8. Sealing conditions: Four heating zones with adjustable temperature up to 200°C; direct sealing via a sliding mechanism (equivalent to time‑based mode). 9. Heating block length: 250 mm; different mandrel sizes necessitate replacement of the appropriate heating block; the equipment is equipped with D6 heating blocks. 10. Heating rods: Length 250 mm, diameter D8; power rating 300 W per rod, voltage 110 V; total of 16 rods. 11. Power supply: 380 V, power consumption approximately 7 kW. 12. Compressed air requirement: 6–7 kg/cm². 13. Equipment dimensions: 1,100 mm (length) × 1,000 mm (width) × 1,400 mm (height). 14. Equipment frame: Welded square‑tube structure; surface finish can be customized per customer—typically sky‑blue powder coating. 15. Personnel requirements: One operator can simultaneously manage 6–8 machines. 16. Equipment weight: Approximately 900 kg.

Manual double-decker machine

1. Heat pipe dimensions: 1) Pipe diameters: Φ5, Φ6, Φ8 (mm); 2) Effective length of heat pipe: MAX 350 mm L, MIN 50 mm L. 2. Heating method: Double-sided heating using high-grade red copper machining; heating length is 75 mm L. Heating temperature range: room temperature to 150°C. Mold can be quickly replaced (includes one set of Φ5 mold as standard). 3. Pressing method: Pressing molds are machined from SKD11 steel and undergo heat treatment at HRC 45–48°C. Molds can be rapidly interchanged; we provide the external dimensions and hole positions of the pressing molds, allowing customers to fabricate their own molds according to the specified shape. 4. Each workstation can produce one heat pipe, with a total of four workstations. 5. Two testing modes are available: 1) Temperature mode: Set time and temperature parameters to determine pass/fail; if pass, proceed with clamping and cutting operations (temperature measurement point located above the pressing mold, near the tube‑shrinking end). 2) Time mode: Adjust the heating time setting; once the preset heating duration is reached, perform clamping and cutting. 6. Hydraulic cylinders are used for pressing the copper tubes, while pneumatic cylinders cut off excess copper material. After completion, a pneumatic cylinder automatically ejects the finished heat pipe, which is then manually removed. The hydraulic power unit includes motor, cooling fan, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic solenoid valve, oil tank, etc. 7. Time control is displayed digitally on the human-machine interface, while temperature is shown numerically via PID control, paired with an SSR solid-state relay. 8. The number of clamping cycles can be programmed; once the set limit is reached, the machine halts operation and displays an alert on the human-machine interface. 9. In case of abnormalities, an audible buzzer and a red indicator light serve as alarm devices. 10. Wear parts include the concave and convex dies used in the pressing process; customers are responsible for replacing these components based on their service life and number of pressing cycles. 11. Machine dimensions: 1150 mm (L) × 950 mm (W) × 2000 mm (H). 12. Working height: 1100 mm (H). 13. Voltage: 380 V, three-phase, four-wire, 50 Hz. 14. Full-load power consumption: 3 kW. 15. Compressed air source: ≥ 6 kg/cm², dry and clean air. 16. Lubricant: R32 lubricating oil.
